# Set up Affitor from your terminal

> Run npx affitor to log in through the browser, set up tracking for a program, and list your programs without opening the dashboard.

The Affitor CLI is out. Log in once through your browser, then set up tracking for a program from the terminal.

```bash
npx affitor login
npx affitor init
```

- `programs` lists your programs.
- `whoami` and `status` show who is logged in and how your setup looks.
